1. How can I place an order?
You can easily select a product through our webshop, add it to your shopping cart and complete the payment using the available payment methods.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within one hour of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days, depending on the product and your location. Dropshipping products may take a little longer (up to 14 business days).
4. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over €50. For orders under this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product. We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
7. Can I return a product?
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered damaged.
